Private pier and boat dock Spacious deck adjacent to main floor The main floor has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, laundry area and master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom (with tub). The second floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a queen bed and a twin bed and one has twin bed. There is also a full bathroom (with shower stall). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
